The objective of our quality improvement implementation service is to help clients implement the
approaches that we teach in the classroom. To achieve this objective, we recommend combining
training with consulting to develop skills within the organization to continue improvement efforts long
after we are gone. Our job will be to work side by side with your staff to help them apply what they
have learned to actual company issues. Thomas A. Little Consulting can provide consultants for
short-term assignments to facilitate quality improvement efforts.
