Todd Cook, MSE, C.Q.E.
Todd has extensive experience in the areas of production, advanced manufacturing and R & D, where he's held a variety of positions in engineering, engineering management, and production management. Some of his areas of responsibility have included, process development, process characterization, metrology development, yield improvement, statistical process control (SPC) and software development for engineering databases. Now as a Principal Consultant, Todd works with clients on developing and implementing Six Sigma strategies, mentoring master black belt and black (green) belt candidates, characterizing new products and processes and developing and implementing process control systems. In addition, Todd performs a variety of classroom instruction for engineering and management personnel in the topics of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Engineering Statistics and Data Analysis, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Six Sigma Champion and Black Belt courses, and Process Mapping.
