Lee is an experienced trainer and consultant, specializing in Six Sigma,
Quality Engineering, and Statistical Methods. He holds a bachelor and
masters degree in Chemistry and a master degree in Applied Statistics.
He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer
from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He gained research and
teaching experience while working at University of Malaya. His research
papers have been published in several highly regarded international
journals. He joined Motorola in 1997 as a Senior Chemist in the Plating
Department. There he gained vast experience in process management
and Six Sigma improvement projects.
He earned recognition several times in the Motorola Technical Excellence
Award program for his contribution to the plating process optimization and
improvement. Lee also has many years of experience in setting up and
maintaining quality requirements for manufacturing processes complying
to QS 9000 and many other Motorola internal quality requirements.

Since 2003, Lee has been a consultant and regularly conducts courses for many well known organizations
such as On Semiconductors, Western Digital, Carsem, Unisem, Panasonic, Kimberly Clark, StatsChipPAC,
Flextronics, Cisco, ICI Paints, Dyson, Linatex and Flexsys Chemical. He has trained many Six Sigma
Black Belts, Green Belts and manufacturing personnel for quality management and improvement.
